Fat Dog Shellfish Company is a cold-water oyster farm located in New Hampshire’s spectacular Great Bay. Fat Dog’s three founding partners, Jay Baker. Bob Boeri, and Alex Boeri hail from the Massachusetts North Shore (Newburyport and Topsfield). We are all big supporters of the local food movement, and we look forward to being a part of it when we introduce our first crop of half-shells to local restaurants in the summer of 2013.
